Concerns (2 year old- going to be 24 months in 1 week)

Speech delayed - Says up to 40 words, adding new words every week but not stringing 2 words yet.

He claps, waves, points however his waving is a concern- very rarely waves by himself have to prompt him
most of the time to wave or by slightly lifting his hands.

Archs his back, goes limp and falls on ground when he dont want us to lift him. (mostly when he wants to play, run etc)

Can Shake his head to answer no or says no but dont nod his head yes or answer yes yet.

he is day dreaming many times a day. when he is eating he is mostly like day dreaming seeing somewhere?
after reading in internet i am scared if this is kind of visual stimming (autistic kids do)
he loves to see himself in mirror and shadows? he dances, stomps,make funny faces in front of mirror or shadows.
Is this normal?

Run in new places without even waiting for parents.
