Teething poos?

My 1yo has been having the worst teething poos for the last week. She poops 5-7 times a day at the moment and it's acidic and watery each time. She's well and happy in herself, was checked by the nurse yesterday during her jabs so not ill and I can see the teeth are coming through.

Has anyone else experienced this and how long does it last? Thank you!

My little ones have had awful teething poops too. Only time they get nappy rash. They usually only last as the teeth first cut, once they are through the gums they usually settle. But can stop and start as the teeth play up. Hope they settle soon.
