Help - 3.5yr old suddenly terrified of going to bed

Can anyone help as I am at wits end. My 3 1/2 year old daughter, who has always been perfect at bedtime has suddenly become terrified of her room/going to bed, and will scream until we sit with her.
We have recently moved house, and I have had a new baby, and she has started new nursery, so I imagine she is probably unsettled.
She was fine for the first 2 months of being here, but seeing a ladybird in her room 1st triggered these fears. We moved her younger brother into the room to try and make her feel safe, but this has not worked.
Every night when she goes to bed she starts calling, then screaming until nearly sick, and now won't even stay in her room. We have tried new lights, new toys etc but nothing works, and having a new baby my tiredness is not making me very tolerant. I just don't know what to do...
