My boy 23mnths old ..
He gives eye contact
Laugh
Responds to names
No stimming
No sensory issues
Speaks 30words

Not a good sleeper
He is still not talking 2words sentences
Not understanding commands
Still babbling like jargon no one can understand
Not even understanding commands
Never called us mom and dad
Play with people who are elder than his age

Not responds to questions
Always cry

Im very much worrying please help me i guess what I’m looking for is anyone with any experience or either of these things? And ended up being NT

I can understand you being worried @mthrofflwr. Are you in the UK?

If so, I'd ask your HV to assess him and refer him for a hearing test.

It's probably worth doing this SLT Progress Checker before you speak to the HV. The checker will tell you if they think that he needs some support and they have a helpline too
