5 week old won't be put down

My 5 week old baby boy won't be put down in the day, I don't get a minute to myself and it's draining me. I feel like unless he's in someone's arms he's crying. He sleeps at night 12till 3 then 3.30 ish till 6
Hoping some mums out there have some advice

Not really got any good advice but bumping in case someone else does as I have the same issue with my 7 week old and have done since the start really. I keep hearing how newborns spend all day sleeping and it's just not true in his case, although he is ok at night generally- similar pattern to yours. I find he sleeps in his pram when it's moving, so I take him out in it every day. Just this week I've found he will sleep in a sling too, which has at least slowed me to get a bit of washing up done. I find it quite difficult to get him into though, which is why I've not used it until now. He always wakes up and starts crying within minutes of being transferred to crib or carrycot when he's fallen asleep somewhere else.

I'm sorry to be the one to say this but both sound completely normal. At this age I would go with whatever gets the most sleep - if it's on you then get a drink, snacks, phone, book whatever and stay still.
