Hi My DD has just turned two.
Up until about a week ago she only drank a cup of milk in the morning and then water for the rest of the day.
She has decided she now wants juice, ( probably seen other children have it as we dont have it in the house) I brought a bottle or robisons no added sugar and shes drinking it like its going out of fashion. Im making it really really really weak. So is this ok??? and also she doesnt want milk to drink any more, but she has lots of yougurts, cheese etc.... so is that ok too?
thanks

My DS went through a phase like this around the same age as your DD as well. I think calcium wise she is ok if she is eating plenty of yoghurt, cheese etc.

Juice wise, I only let DS drink juice with his meals now, water at all other times. Felt really harsh at the time but otherwise he would have continuously drank juice all day - apart from anything else I couldn't afford the nappies Took a couple of days to get the hang of the change but now it is the norm (he is 2.5) Hope this helps

When ds starteed refusing milk to drink we made him "milshakes" basically just mixed in a fromage frais with his milk and this is what he has before bed.
