this is my first time posting, but just looking to see if anyone has any advice for me. (Hopefully I’ve posted in the right place)
Youngest is 4 in feb, and for the past 6 months or so he he is waking every morning about or before 4am. He is in his own room, and has an older sibling in another. He wakes everyone up, is loud, crashing and banging his toys - goes into the siblings room to wake them up also. He won’t come and settle in my bed, or if I go into his. No amount of telling him to go to bed etc helps, he starts having a paddy or screaming.
He has now started going downstairs during the night 4am (I didn’t hear him) and he got all the paints out. This morning he went in the sweetie jar and ate all the sweeties.
He is nearly 4 and understands what I say to him, but he just doesn’t care. If I move his bed time to later, he’s always awake at the same time. Just feel hopeless.
has anyone been in the same position?
would love some advice, or anyone in the same position?
