12 week old moving one arm repeatedly when tired

Hi all
like the subject states, my 12 week old daughter moves one of her arms repeatedly when she is tired (just up and down) I have noticed that she does change arms so could be left or right. She is also super twitchy before falling sleep. Is this anything to be worried about? Has anyones little one displayed similar behaviour? Thought I’d ask before I make an apt at the GP

Sounds totally normal, my first used to twitch as she fell asleep - it scared the life out of me but she's fine. She's 4 now.

Ah I forgot to say, I was told by our GP that the twitching is their immature nervous system developing so a positive rather than a worry.
