5 yo naughty?

I have 5 yo boy and a 3 yo boy. The 5 has autism. Younger one doesn't present any signs at all. The older one is usually very well behaved, a quiet boy but he's often mean to his brother. Yesterday I found him almost head locking the younger one. Obviously we discipline and tell him no eyc but I'm worried I'm raising a psycho child??

Aren't most DC cruel to the younger ones from time to time?

It's worth asking doctor or medical professional who helping you with your 5 yo. I'm not in UK, is there any child psychologist you can ask for advice? Does 5 yo goes in kindergarden? Might help asking if they have staff trained in psychology who you can ask.
You can also try asking your physician can he recommend someone.
