Am I right to be concerned with my son's development?

Hi, hoping for help please and not sure where to go from here. My DS is 5 and in year 1 he currently sees SLT and has done since he was three as he hardly spoke. Now he won't stop talking everything is a question he talks none stop all day. He interrupts regularly and starts to act up if he hasn't got your attention. He has hit his sister more than once not out of anger I'm sure just for a reaction. He currently excessively blinks and it gets worse in unknown situations. He thrives on routine and will ask and go over what he is doing each day and will remind of something if it's been missed. He has started counting to himself 1,2 - 1,2,34 whilst watching tv or eating but doesn't know he's doing it if I ask him. He's smeared whilst in the bathroom but that hasn't happened for a few weeks now. He has to go first, talks loud all the time doesn't have an inside voice. But I do talk loud too. He takes everything literally and has no sense of humour. He's overally emotional and has started with some anger outburst but usually are just crying and upset. Sorry I'm sure I have other things but it's hard to put it all together. He loves school and loves to please adults but he doesn't talk about friends really. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you so much

It does sound as though it's worth having a chat with his Teacher about how he's coping in school and what his friendships are like. Do you know what he does at lunchtime?
