Help 10 weeks and teething

Please help my daughter is 10 weeks old she has started teething very early but showing signs red cheeks, chewing on fingers, excess dripping, temperature and screaming crying teething rings to big for her little mouth it helped for her to chew down on my finger for a bit have been given her calpol but bonjela and teething powder are age +3 months I just don't know how to help her any ideas

Sounds like very normal newborn behaviour to me and bugger all to do with teething

Just all came on at once dosnt normal cry like that I could be wrong about teething I am new to this will keep an eye on temp

I would be very surprised if teething. For the first year… teething is invariably the first to blame when often it’s just…. A baby being a baby!
