How to discipline triplets

Hello everyone
just looking for some advice on how to discipline triplets that are five , they misbehave simultaneously on different things
ie one pushes one and calls her names
the other one throws toys on the floor and screams etc
i am worn out
dp works away so very little support or help

I've no idea how you cope with 3 misbehaving at the sane time.

I think you might be better asking @MNHA to move this to the Multiples Section.

Hopefully there will be some experienced MNers in there Flowers
