Anyone know if its safe enough to give my dd2 (11 1/2 months) a pillow? She is currently sleeping in our bed but I think she would mayb sleep better in her cot if she had a pillow?

I did this will all three of my DC - they started to want to sleep in our bed too and so putting a pillow in their cot sorted it in each case
we got the proper cot-pillow from mothercare / toys r us / mamas and papas [a small fortune, i'd usually want two or three for that price !] but it eased my guilty conscience and all that
She will be fine - they only have to be able to move and sit by themselves so that if they get uncomfortable or hot or face-down or whatever, they are capable of moving by themselves.

Thought it would be safe enough - hoping to try and get her into her cot this week!! This co-sleeping isnt much good with a very wrestless child!!
