Teething

Hi I've never posted on here before but have a question to other mums, my 24 week old baby has cut both bottom teeth and has been for the past 2 weeks there fully out now but her cheeks are still on fire and she's waking in the night and gnawing still, so I've checked the mouth and it feels like there's a lump near the back tooth area, my question is can a baby this age be getting a back tooth already ? Thanks

My 16 week old grandson is doing exactly the same. Seems to have them coming through at the back. Both of mine had their two bottom teeth cut through first. He’s chewing his fists, sore bottom etc
Came on here to see if anyone else had similar !

Hi flibbertigibbet it seems only on one side but I can feel a lump just I was unsure if baby's can get back teeth at this age, I know they get there front but there already out and she's still showing signs of teething, I'll keep you updated if I find anymore teeth at the back
