Tooth brushing

Hello

My 7 year old son is unable to squeeze toothpaste out of a tube unless it is pretty much full. Just wondering if this is normal or if it's not an issue for other children of this age?

Getting a bit tired of "setting up" his toothbrush for him as he describes it!
