What time do your 7yo sons go to bed?

I send my 7yo around 8 o clock but I can still hear him at 9 banging around. His 3yo brother is asleep in the same room and its dark and he isnt playing with toys up there just fidgeting etc and ive even found him on his floor and he says he cant get comfy? Advice pleas as he is tired for school the next day............

my 7yo also has bedtime at that time, altho his 5yo brother also goes with him otherwise it is worse.

they often still are awake at 9pm, and altho some mornings they are hell to wake up, other mornings, (like this morning, altho the wind had a lot to do with that), they were up at 6am!

problem is that if they go earlier they play up more and stay up later, and knock on effect for the following day, but equally, if they go later they are also tired!!!

no advice, sorry, but you not alone as I get the same thing with mine!!
