My son is 10 months old and he's an absolutely gorgeous little boy. I adore him, but his behaviours are driving me mad!!
He screams and cries and whinges constantly, all day everyday, and he cries himself into such states he ends up sobbing hysterically and even being sick. He sounds like he's in pain!
There's no obvious medical reason for it, the GP have said he's just 'windy' but to be honest I don't think that can be the reason. I've been back and forth for 9 months or so and I'm getting nowhere. Nothing can ever been found.
He does show all the signs of teething but has been for months. He already has 8 teeth, and it's clear that these molars aren't quite coming through yet, and this crying has been going on since he was born so I don't think it's that. He eats really well, 3 meals and 3 bottles a day plus one nighttime wake-up and bottle usually. He's very behind with his language and communication, but on track with crawling and is now trying to stand.
I'm scratching my head. I don't know what to do. I don't know what could possibly be wrong with him to cry so painfully all day every day.
I am still going to continue seeking medical advice and second opinions of course but has anyone been through this?
