Sunburn like redness?

Hey,

noticed today before lo’s bath his forearms looks sunburnt. Not blotchy or any pin pricks ect literally just as If he’s had his arms in the sun! He’s been teething and I think had a little cold last week but doesn’t seem warm to touch/irritable or anything. Anybody experienced this? Hard to find info online without it being actual sunburn!

Hi priti, he’s been irritable and fighting naps! The redness doesn’t seem to have got worse. I tried to take his temp I think it was normal but I was wrestling with little hands at the same time 😂 he wouldn’t let me touch his teeth so I’m assuming it’s some sort of response to teething but I’ll keep an eye on it!
