Baby grunting throughout the night

Does anyone else's little one grunt throughout the night.
She doesn't wake up a the time but never stops grunting. I'm awake all night not knowing what to do.
Is this normal?

How old is your baby? Mine did this at new born stage and freaked me out. Kept me and other half awake most of the night but baby seemed to sleep fine. No one I spoke to knew what I was on about! I ended up recording her on my phone to show people.

I don't think anything was wrong and as she got older she stopped doing it.

We used white noise to help drown out her noises and help us to sleep! Took a while for us to get used to the white noise but eventually we did and better sleep was had.

Mine too at newborn stage. Can’t remember when she stopped but we just realised one day that she was no longer doing it. Was really frustrating and worrying whilst it was happening but looking back I wish I’d have just tried to switch off from it a bit more but it had me on edge. She didn’t do it when she slept on us. I don’t think it’s usually anything to worry about
