Daytime naps

My 13mo will only take his naps in the pram or car. I end up trapped in the car for 2 hours while he sleeps or having to walk him around when in the winter cold. Why wont he get tired and lay down on the sofa or the make shift bed I made downstairs or in his cot? Any advise on how to get him to lay down in the house , not even the cot is fine , just not havin to leave the house xx

Have you tried taking him into your bed and reading stories or will he stay asleep if you take him for a walk and then bring the pushchair back into the house? DD would do this but only if we walked the same route each time.

Hello!! Ive not tried taking him in my bed, very good idea. He seems to want to crawl when hes in my bed though and wont chill in there. He will sleep ages in the pram bless him its just not ideal now its winter xx
