HELP... LO waking every hour in the night.

Hi Everyone.
My 7month little boy has always been a good sleeper but the last few nights jas been waling up crying every hour 😳
Sometimes just the dummy will settle him. Other times i have to pick him up.
Im exhausted.
Any ideas?

Mines 9 months now and had the exact same issue at 7 months! I did do a bit of sleep training because I realised he couldn’t really settle himself without me rocking him all night. A couple of days in and he was soon back to sleeping all night. This might not work for him but all babies seem to go through a phase at some point you’re not alone! Could be teething, illness or just no reason to it!
