Im looking for a little advice
we have a 4 month old and she has been swaddled since roughly 2 months. We worked out she was waking herself up and bought Velcro swaddles. Since 8 weeks she has slept through.
ive been reading that I should really be taking her out of the swaddle and into a grow bag, but she will wake herself up constantly if she isn’t swaddled
nap times I try to use a gro bag, but you’re lucky if she sleeps 5 mins or at all! I end up having to swaddle her for naps too.
im really dreading the transition, but looking for stories and advice how to go about this?
