Bit of a sensitive topic…

My DD is 27 months old, she started preschool in September doing 3 mornings a week. I’ve noticed that the past couple of weeks, she comes home and her noonie is sore. She grabs at her nappy between her legs and on odd occasion gets tearful like it’s irritating her. It goes quite red but then calms down next day.

She is teething her molars and it’s different to the teething she had with other teeth, so perhaps she’s irritated more from that. Or maybe the preschool are leaving her in dirty nappies too long.

I was just looking for some advice, is this a normal teething side effect, or should I say something to preschool manager? Or could it be a sign of mistreatment?
I’m worried about who to talk to about it and what the best thing to do would be!

I'd ask them to use cream and make sure she is dry and clean. Both my kids reacted to teething by having nappy rash/sores.
