Stop breastfeeding

My baby is 5 months old, I really want to stop breastfeeding because I am struggling with bf and intimacy (no sex drive and tender area all over breast), sport (have a large storage capacity so any workout seem impossible), want to sleep on my front, want to wear normal clothes...
5 months is more than I have done for my two eldest... the only reason I am carrying on is because the two older dcs are in school and I worry my baby might catch every virus under the sun, so hoping to protect him with bf.

Do you think BF is a real protection against colds and coughs?

My baby caught bronchiolitis a month ago and that was horrible...
