I'll try and keep this as simple and uncomplicated as I can.
I'm a mum to a 10 year old boy and 8 month old girl, and I work as a nursery nurse. Money isn't that great but we get by and I love my job.
My f friend has 4 SEN children that she receives PIP for. This is a lot more than what I get per month ( NOT what I'm not upset by)
I am upset that her boy who is the same age as mine is constantly spiteful to him. Today it was "we are getting this for dinner and you can't because your mums poor."
I'd usually just roll my eyes but it's a common occurrence... if my son shows an interest in something and is treated to a figure or toy, her son will have tantrums until he's got the whole set which he will the. Show to my son with things like "you don't have this" x I've sat my son down and said that money and
Material things don't matter and the only reason they have more things than us is because her children need extra help sometimes.
But as much as I try to talk to my son and tell him to rise above it it really bothers me!
