2 Year old and tantrums/behaviour!

My DS turned 2 last month and had started with tantrums occasionally, but the past week he’s been constant and the slight part of me saying “no” he just screams and lays on the floor, I will try and pick him up and he just says “ow” or just goes stiff, he’s been more winey. He doesn’t listen, he tries to run away or hide and just laughs if I try and tell him off for bad behaviour, It’s not all day long he’s like it, but has his moments! And it’s really getting to me. i feel helpless and just don’t want to leave the house with him because of feeling judged if he has one.
I guess I’m just looking for advice on how to handle tantrums, can anyone offer me some advice on what to do to prevent/distract, how can I reason with my once lovely toddler? 🤣

How to talk so little kids will listen has some great tips but I can't remember them now, sorry. Worth a read. But don't worry about feeling judged. Anyone who's had a 2 year old knows what it's like!
