Baby seems to not be aware of falling whilst sitting and also isn’t babbling

My DD is 8 and a half months old (7 months corrected) she has been quite slow at a lot of milestones i.e. grabbing, rolling (will only roll back to front - and not very often either) she is able to sit up well but seems to have no awareness that she will fall. We have done lots of practice, sitting behind her and with pillow etc but she will just fall and lean of whatever is behind her.

Could she be lazy or if the awareness of falling something that just comes in time?

She is also not really babbling, we get lots of oohs, ahh’s and gah’s but no babas, mamas or dadas yet?

Its been quite hard for me to come to terms with her correct age and comparing etc but would be lovely to know if any other mummas/dadas have any advice!
