Hi I’m hoping someone can help me.

My little girl has just turned 11 months and I’m having so much difficulty getting her to sleep unless I put her in the car seat and go for a drive.

Up until a few weeks ago (before she could stand) she went to sleep in her next to me no problem for 2 day time naps (3/3.5 hours apart) and then it would have taken a lot of white noise, shushing and patting for night time but we eventually got there. Once she could stand the next to me became really dangerous incase she would fall out. Her cot won’t fit in our bedroom and I didn’t want to put her on her own. Anyways, she started standing and I would keep laying her back down but she was getting increasingly irritated. she seemed to be teething into the bargain so I was taking her out to nap in the car and for bedtime- I wouldn’t have to drive far and just transferred her into the cot when we got back.

She had really bad wind as a baby and it would take ages to drink a bottle so she would have been fed on nursed for long times but I had always put her down to fall asleep by herself after so she won’t even fall asleep in my arms now. It’s as if she can’t settle herself. I have tried her cot in the other room and she cried hysterically. I have tried the next to me again thinking it’s because she doesn’t want to be on her own and laying her back down Everytime she stands but she become hysterical there too then I try to comfort her in my arms but she won’t be comforted.

I have brought the car seat into the bedroom thinking it might help and gentle tapped or rocked to imitate a car driving but she cries.
I don’t know what to do now please help
