Baby can sit but always falling on face?

Firstly just want to say I do catch him everytime!

DS is 6 months and can sit but just moving and reaching for toys he’s always about to fall

i thought that once he can sit I’d be able to just put him down and do things but if anything I’m hovering around him even more.

He'll get there. Just needs to strengthen his muscles.

They can sit supported at first then over time will be able to sit unsupported. It's not instant
