Routine for 8 month old

My LG is still not in a routine despite my efforts and she is 8mo. I have recently returned to work so am desperate to get her into a good routine especially as my older child starts school in sept. The main issue is she will only nap for 30 min at a time & still wakes up twice at night for feeds. She also wakes quite early but I don't mind that too much as I'm usually up with my older child at a similar time as he has always been an early riser too. I really want to get her into a good routine that benefits and fits around us as a family. Ideal routine would be

6.30 wake and bottle
7.30 breakfast
9am nap 2 hours
11am bottle
12.30 lunch
1.45 nap 1 hour
3pm bottle (school pick up)
5pm dinner
6pm bath
6.30 bottle and bed

Is this realistic? She seems to be wanting a nap sooner than 9am but I have to leave the house for school/work at 8.15 so unless she sleeps in the car for 30 mins this time just isn't ideal. Would I be better off trying to get her to bed later / hence a later wake up? But also need her to nap before I leave for school pick up at 2.45😩 how do I work around this please help

Would this routine be more beneficial?
I'm just struggling to fit everything in
We need to leave the house at 8.15, she's in nursery for 8.45, then on days I'm off I have to leave the house at 2.45 for school pick up back home for 3.15.

7am wake and bottle
8am breakfast
9am nap 2 hours
11am bottle
1pm lunch
2.45 nap 1 hour (in car)
3.45 bottle
5.30 dinner
6.30 bath
7pm bottle & bed
