Hi, I am new to this long story short I am a single mum after leaving domestic violence when my daughter was one, she is four now, and of course that comes with certain behaviours... she is a lovely clever little girl, honestly she is my world I love her to bits
recently she has started hitting me, punching kicking stractching hair pulling.. all cus she doesn’t get what she wants and almost every time I shout, at one point she heard me mutter hat I will send her to her grandmas house I didn’t know she heard me and I. Didn’t mean it.. and tonight I just snapped! I hit her back and shouted like really yelled... I feel awful now.. does this make me an abuser? Am I a terrible person? I am on way over my head. What if I am causing long term damage by shouting at her like that??
