toddler climbing and listening

Having issues with my almost 2 year olds behaviour- mostly climbing and listening.

She climbs on furniture like tv cabinets and tables constantly and thinks its funny. She’s even doing this at daycare. We have tried a variety of strategies ranging from simple command ‘no’ and lifting her down, telling her the behaviour we want in simple sentences, eg- ‘get down’, giving her climbing options when removed from something she’s not allowed to climb, distracting her and even ignoring. Nothing is working and daycare has flagged this with me. She’s also doing attention gaining things like checking someone is watching her and then running off laughing. Again this behaviour also happens at daycare. I was asked if her hearing has been tested by daycare- which is has and no issues with hearing. Daycare mentioned sometimes she’s really responsive and other times it takes a few tries to get her attention. I am feeling deflated and out of strategies.
