Hello! My nearly 8 month old is still not in a routine despite my best efforts. I go back to work next week and would really love to have a routine for her especially on the days I'm off (nursery have their own routine which I will try to follow) but the problem is, she won't take her bottles and hasn't for a long time... she will only have an oz at a time so I think the reason she doesn't nap well is because she's not full. She has 2 teeth which I thought was the issue but she's still not feeding or eating solids. I give her lots of snacks purely because I'm worried she's hungry all the time. At the moment she's waking up at 6am
Try with bottle 7am but barely has anything
She's whingey all morning until I put her down 8.30/9 sleeps for half an hour
Then I try her with a bottle again
Breakfast 9.30 will sometimes eat porridge
She's having 4 half an hour naps at the moment and will only sleep in the pram despite me sleeping training her .
Evenings are pretty similar each night, 5pm bath, bottle and bed for 6am she usually has a bottle at 10.30pm and has recently been waking for one at 3am too despite sleeping through a few weeks ago.
the days are just so muffled I never know when she will sleep and she's constantly whining which I believe is due to being hungry.
My other child was definitely in a routine of 2 x2 hour naps at this age, he was also crawling & eating well.
I know they're all different but I'm getting quite stressed.
Any advice please
