22 months old boy doesn’t respond to name

Hi everyone. I’m very concerned about my 22 months old boy doesn’t respond to his name when i call him even how manytime i do.
Before that he did respond to his name every time i call him but recently it’s so hard to get his attention. He did play peekaboo, do some simple demands like close the door, drink milk, get some cake..
he is not talking yet, he can count 1 to 10 and A to Z, some popular fruits and animals. But when he want me to do something for him he can’t speak. He push me instead. His hearing is good definitely because when i tell him have a bath he immediately go to bathroom and say bubble ( he love bubbles). Recently when he plays, i try to call him and tell him like do you want to play with me he doesn’t respond. And when my parents have facetime then tell him say hello or goodbye he doesn’t do anything( he did wave goodbye before) . He loves wheels or anything go round. I noticed he lied down on the floor by one side then move the car back and forth.
is anyone have the same thing with my boy here please let me know. Thank you

Are you in the U.K. @Maian? If so, I'd ask your HV to have a look at him and refer you for a hearing test. Sometimes if they have difficulty with hearing they can hear some noises and not others.

I'd also do this progress checker for speech and language. It's an 18 month progress checker so if there are any concerns I'd call their helpline and ask for advice.

Have you done the MChat test as well, just to see what his risk of ASD might be?
