My boy just turned 16 months, he had a rocky start with birth injuries from a forcep delivery and infection. He's super happy. Hardly ever cries. He only babbles and doesn't try to repeat word, says mum and dad and thats about it. He doesn't always answer to his name, almost always looks when I yell look! He constantly puts everything in his mouth. The thing that worries me the most is that he has a habit of holding his hand out in front of his face and stares at it. We don't see any babies the same age and I am unsure if this is regular baby behavior or if I should seek further evaluation.
