Potential autism baby

My baby is 10 and a half months and still makes very little noise other than whines and the odd squeal/shriek but no babbling. I have convinced myself she has autism as that's what google comes up with. It's the not knowing that really stresses me out and thinking I might never get to hear her talk. She has been at the late end of normal for all other milestones as well. I find it quite lonely and even more upsetting when you go to baby groups and all the other babies (some a lot younger) are babbling away and seem to be meeting milestones much quicker even though I know you shouldn't compare. Is there anyone else currently going through a similar sitiation? Also anyone that can reassure me that she might one day talk.

@Danielle1989x They are almost 2 now and didnt really start making noises until 9 months old and not babbling until about 13 months. Although she is slightly behind with speech now, she says probably about 20 to 30 different words but most not that clearly. I'm not worried anymore really though as she has good understanding and no other behaviour concerns. I have a 3 month old now too and although they coo occasionally, they do it a lot less than some other babies i know this age so i think my babies are just quieter and a bit later with speech. X
