6 month old waking 4-5am to chat?

Hi!
wondering if anyone else is the same, my LG is coming up for 6 month old and recently started waking between 4-5am just to chat? Thankful she doesn’t wake crying but it’s getting exhausting, especially with us planning on putting her in her own room the thought of having to actually leave bed instead of just poking my arm into her nextome to reassure is soul destroying!
we have blackout blinds & curtains - she’s not overly hungry as I fed her at 5am today and she barely took 3oz!
at a loss 🤷🏽‍♀️

Does she go back to sleep if you pat her tummy?

@PritiPatelsMaker
she’ll thrash her legs all excited as if she’s up for the day but does eventually fall back over either herself or with her dummy!
her daytime naps are a riot so thinking they’re maybe playing a part

There a sleep regression at 6 months. I'd just go with it, especially as she's going back to sleep without much intervention. It might stop soon anyway Wink

This is totally normal. My LO did it around 6m and so did my friends’ babies. My LO is now 18m and will still wake up and just babble. If it’s early, he will go back to sleep. If it’s 6am, he will do it for an hour, then start raising his voice because he knows we are up. It’s been like this a while now, definitely much better once they’re in their own room! Heard it’s just them practicing, building their mouth muscles and sounds. Some days they’re just more interested in working on it than others. Probably a good sign tbh!
