Worried about baby head shaking

My dd is 10.5 months and is currently cutting her top 2 teeth. I've tried everything like the gum powder, gel, cold things to chew, calpol etc but she is doing these little head shake movements and it is freaking me out! She did it when she cut her bottom two as well and I was so worried that I took her to the doctor thinking she was having seizures (she wasnt).

It stopped once the teeth were through but now its started again I'm worrying again.

Did anyone else experience this with their LOs?

Could it just be a reaction to the pain? Often teething can make their ears hurt and it could be a reaction to that.

Ibruprofen is much better than Calpol for dental pain. I'd give her that for a couple of days and see if she improves Flowers

Hey. What was the outcome if you don’t mind me asking. My sons 9 months. He does No no no when you say it but he also does this a lot during the day for no reason too. He is teething. No teeth yet but I’m so worried as his doing it way more than what I’d say is normal!

@Danielle1989x she is 17 months now and absolutely fine and doesn't do it anymore. I'm convinced it was teeth related even though nobody confirmed it, she would have a few days of doing it a lot and then a tooth would appear. Hope that helps a bit! X
