How to get 15m old to sleep through

Have had a very unsettled 6 months with lots of stays in hospital. Now dd is in habit of waking 3 times a night demanding milk (usually only 3oz a time so not hungry!) Am getting really tired. DD has a good day time routine and settles herself to sleep at night but then wakes. Always goes back down after given her the bottle but would love not to have to. Any ideas please.

Our ds just been ill so we gave him milk and water in nights again..argh, now he wants milk in nights. Now, too tired to face the upset if we just give water again. But last night was better so hope we can wean him off gently again!! Prob doesn't help much!
