13 month old constantly grumpy and throwing small tantrums

My 13 month old is just so sassy!

Is this normal?

I think he's close to walking but he's just so upset most the time.

Oh god it's so normal. I can remember my usually delightful DS being a total grump at this age.

They can understand a lot more suddenly but can't express themselves very well and they are about to go through a huge leap with walking.

Things will get better OP and if you want to help, have a look at ways of improving his speech
