18 month old refusing food

My daughter all the way through weaning was so good at eating and willing to try all fruits/veggies and meals etc. (except broccoli!)

For the past 5 months now she just refuses any family meals we make. I've been j touch with my HV who said it's common around this age but I'm getting so stressed about her not eating. My HV has told me not to make alternative meals (which I was doing as I didn't want her to go hungry!) I must admit I always give her yogurt after a meal (even though she hasn't tried the food!) as I'm worried she will be hungry. If it's not snacks like crackers, crisps, fruit etc she doesn't show interest.

We've tried eating together as a family, encouraging her, praising her but she just won't attempt to try foods - even meals that at around 9months of age she would eat. She will just go without!

Is she just being a little cheeky toddler? Or where do I go for help?
Any ideas to help please!

She will also eat cereal, toast fish fingers, chips but I just feel so restricted. I have no concerns with her development she stringing 2 and 3 words together b I just don’t know what else to do!
