18 months old bites her dad

And only her dad, never me (mum) , other kids or anyone for that matter.
She has the best relationship with her dad they are very close and she doesn't seem to do it out of frustration
We can't really explain it- has anyone ever had that? We're really unsure how to deal with this / react
