My 8 month DD used to laugh until she got to around 6 months. Now everytime she tries to laugh she comes out with a very strange noise, its like a zombie gasp but high pitched like its coming from her throat. I don't think its intentional because she seems to look suprised when she hears it herself. Its like she can't control her voicebox. I used to be a nursery nurse and look after babys and never came across this before! Has anyone else ever experienced this?? Its starting to worry me. I thought it was a phase but she even does it when I tickle her. Its just like she cant laugh 😟 any ideas? Thank you x
