Is this concerning behaviour?

Hello everyone,

I’m not if this is concerning/normal or not and Google search doesn’t seem to show up any information but I am wondering if some of the behaviour my 2.8 year old daughter is showing is concerning…

She is developing really well and has always reached milestones early (* I’m not talking mensa it’s just to say her development has never been a concern - e.g. walking at 10 months, talking in full sentences, and knowledge of shapes/numbers/colours early on). She has an amazing memory and can recite books that don’t rhyme (though I think it’s fairly common as they are sponges at this age) and will happily sit and listen to a early chapter book so no concerns here! She just has these quirks which I wonder are a sign of something else…some include -

  • If we are in a shop and I pick something up and don’t put it back in exactly the same place facing the right way etc she insists I must! Really insists…
  • In the playground she is very systematic and approaches the equipment like it’s something to be completed. Also things like slides etc often have to empty for her to go on them.
  • Any mark on her clothes and she takes it off - even the smallest!
  • Also maybe unrelated but she hasn’t quite grasped you/I every time.
There’s more but I wonder does anyone read any of this and see red flags for anything?

Thanks in advance!
