Hi!!
My 4 month old has recently completely changed routine, she was feeding well and regular, sleeping very well etc but all of a sudden she's feeding randomly and much less at a time and now waking in the night again.
Just wondered if anyone else has had this? If it should concern me or a normal stage ? Thanks X

My baby is only 2.5 months but I am pretty sure this is normal for a 4 month old. Isn't it called the four month regression?

Yes I have read up on this, however I'm certain she had that around 3 months ... not sure if it's possible to have it multiple times though Xx

It’s the four month sleep regression. As soon as DS hit four months he went from having one night feed to waking every two hours and having regular split nights and frequent no-nap days.

She has Literally turned 4 months this week so it must be that,it's Sod's law isn't it, just as you think you've got the routine in place baby decides otherwise haha X
