We have had issues since our DS was born (now 4 and a half weeks) with colic and crying but that is another thread!! Anyway for the last 2 days I have noticed that his poos and pumps smell really bad - like rotten eggs, is this a sign of infection or something I need to check out or am I being paranoid (I have a 2 year old toddler so know that newborn nappies aren't pleasant, but these nappies aren't like anything I have smelled before!)
