My 2.25year old has been very picky with his eating over the last month, mostly refusing everything that isn’t bread /plain rolls or orzo with cheese. He previously ate vegetable fritters / curry / bolognaise / fish pies etc but recently refusing anything like that. He will VERY occasionally eat a bit of a meal like that but I think it’s hunger after so little that makes him do it. Any body any tips on what we can try or any bland food ideas to give him?
