11 month not crawling

My Little one is almost 11 months old. He has been sitting unsupported since he was 6 months old, but he cannot get into this position by himself. He still is not crawling either, and he cannot get onto all fours even when on tummy . If I try to put him on his knees his legs just spread out (if that makes sense). Also he can get from sitting to lying, but he always just goes flat to his belly.

Has anyone else had a baby who could not get onto his hands and knees? Or was still not crawling at 11 months?

Some little ones don't crawl. Some bum shuffle. Some go straight to walking. However, it sounds as if there is a little more going on that just not crawling.
Have you spoken to your HV ?

Sounds completely normal to me
My ten month old is exactly the same
And my first was to at this age
She started to do everything at 12 months and was walking within 3 months
