Toddler troubles 😭

Looking for some advice on dealing with our toddler's current behaviour without breaking her or losing my mind.

DD is 2.5y and I have given birth to DS very recently which I have no doubt is part of the reason for her behaviour.

We spent a lot of time in advance of his arrival doing all of the recommended things (e.g. reading stories/talking about babies/showing her pictures of her as a baby and talking about her etc.) and on the face of it she seems to dote on him - helping look after him/wanting cuddles. Anyone who has come to visit has also spoken with her first and brought a wee present to make a fuss over big sister so she isn't being obviously left out because of him.

In the lead up to my due date, however, she started to get really angry with me, screaming at me and hitting me with far fewer tantrums for her dad and has always been very much less aggressive towards him (he is definitely the "fun" parent)

I'm guessing this is, at least in part, relating to the pregnancy as I was the one carrying DS and obviously changed in size and struggled sometimes to do fun things or even get her changed sometimes whereas she won't really be able to link her dad to his arrival. I'm also BF, although dad does sometimes give EBM in a bottle so a lot of my time is taken up with that, although I do try to do things with her in between.

Our issue is that DH is going back to work soon and I'll be flying solo during the day a few times a week when she isn't in nursery or with her GPs. Looking for any tips on what we can do to help her deal with it now and not turn every day into a fight to get dressed/out the door and instead be able to get out and have some fun.
