Baby barely moves at nursery

Hey! So my 16 month old has been walking for over 2 months now. Never crawls anymore, practically runs and climbs everywhere.

Yet when he's at nursery, he basically just sits there all day. He's been going around 4 weeks now. His keyworker said he's absolutely fine and happy all day, just he doesn't really explore the room. I've spied through the window at him on collection and I can see him playing with the keyworkers on the floor, so I know he's pretty content.

I just don't know how I can help... feel like he's missing out because he won't venture very far or stand up and walk. Yet he comes home and runs around like a mad head.

Have the staff told you he doesn't move, or are you going on the few minutes you peer through the window ?

@Kite22 no the staff have said he doesn't walk around or anything while he's there. But they think it's just because he doesn't feel comfortable there yet
